WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information is any information that may identify you or may relate to you as a person.

The personal information we collect about you may include:

Identity information – such as name, age, gender, passport information or ID card information

Pictures – publicly available photos and pictures taken at events or during your stay in our hotels

Financial and payment information – such as your credit card information, sorted costs and transaction history.

Booking information – such as the type and accommodation of rooms you book and the dates of your reservations.

Technical information – such as information about the device you use to interact with us

Correspondence data – when you contact us, for example to send an inquiry or request an offer, any correspondence or application may be stored and added to your personal data.

This Information applies in all cases of processing of your personal data by Andro International d.o.o. as the Processing Manager, unless for special processing cases the use of other Information, Privacy Policy or similar documents, regardless of their name, is provided, which have priority in application over this Information or supplement it.

 

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

For each of the categories of personal data described above, we use your personal data for the following purposes:

– To enable you to use our website

– For the purpose of reservations, services, and possible preferences that you request during your stay in our hotels, especially so that they can contact you (e.g. phone / mobile number, email address)

– To process transactions through our website

– For the purpose of charging for your stay with us.

– To confirm previous transactions and reconcile statements or invoices.

– To contact you regarding possible issues arising from your stay with us.

– That we can send you forms of marketing communication regarding our hotels and advise you on promotions or inform you about offers or other information that might interest you

– To customize and improve your internet and guest experience.

– For marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes or for the purpose of testing satisfaction with our services (surveys, etc.), in accordance with your consent

– To be able to analyze customer trends and insights.

– For internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, statistical and research purposes and problem solving to help us improve our services. The data is processed in a way that does not allow your identification (so-called depersonalized data).

– In order to protect you and your property, other guests and their property, our employees and our property.

 

HOW AND FROM WHICH SOURCES IS PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

– When booking through our website or by directly contacting one of our hotels.

– During your registration in the facility (check-in) we collect and process your personal data in order to comply with our legal obligations under the regulations on the manner of keeping the list and registration of tourists.

– When booking and registering (check-in), you can provide us with additional information that will personalize the service we provide and further arrange contractual relations on accommodation and other services.

– During your stay in our facility, we apply security and technical measures (e.g. video surveillance in public areas of the facility that can record you, key cards that can show your location, etc.)

We may also obtain information about you from other sources, such as our business partners and publicly available sources, or from other members of your traveling party or other individuals.

We combine the information we hold about you from a variety of sources, including the information you have provided to us.

The General Regulation (GDPR) provides for our right (legitimate interest) to process your personal data for the purposes of direct advertising (marketing) and the creation of profiles related to such advertising, to the extent that this is not contrary to your interests, freedoms and rights.

However, in order to ensure more complete protection of your personal data, rights and interests, we will endeavor to request your explicit consent for such processing before the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct promotion (marketing).

 

HOW DO WE PROTECT PERSONAL DATA?

We use a variety of physical, technical, and administrative security measures and technologies to help maintain the integrity and security of your personal information, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

We strive to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized access or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user data.

Also, while we strive to establish adequate contractual protection, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data in databases used by third parties. It is important to note that any email communication is not secure. This is a risk inherent in the use of email. For your protection, our responses to email will not contain any sensitive personal information. Finally, for prudence, always close your browsers when you have finished using the booking form or website. Although the session will end after a short period of inactivity, it is best to close the browsers immediately after the end, especially when using a public computer

 

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS

We forward your personal data that we are obliged to collect when registering a guest (check-in) in electronic form to the eVisitor system, in accordance with the regulations on the manner of keeping the list and registering tourists.

We pass on your personal data to our contracted processors who allow us to use computer programs for service management, and who have access to this data only to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the program and other processors who allow us to provide catering and tourism services. We also pass on your data to other Processing Managers if necessary, to provide accommodation or other services.

 

 

 

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

We store your personal information:

-During the duration prescribed by applicable regulations, if this data is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations:

– For example, we are obliged to keep data from the guest book for at least 2 years from the end of the calendar year in which the guest stayed in our facility, and this data must be stored for 10 years in the eVistor system;

– In addition, according to the regulations in the field of accounting, we are obliged to keep the issued invoices for 11 years, and thus the personal data contained in them.

-During the period required for the expiration of statutory deadlines (three or five years) and the additional reasonable time required for any request sent to a judicial or administrative body to be delivered to us, if this information was obtained exclusively in connection with the contract we concluded with you or which we negotiated (eg data from booking requests / inquiries and booking confirmations, participation in prize games, etc.);

-Until you withdraw your consent if we process the data processing on your consent.

-10 years if the processing is based on our legitimate interests.

-6 months (recordings – video surveillance).

 

YOUR RIGHTS

We understand that you may want to know what personal information we hold about you or to correct or delete certain information we hold about you.

Andro Internacional d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse a request to access, correct or delete your personal data in certain circumstances when permitted by applicable law. There may be a variety of legitimate business reasons why we may not be able to delete your personal information and where we may refuse your request to delete your information.

Users of our services have the following rights under the General Regulation (GDPR):

COOKIES AND OTHER INFORMATION

Data collection systems are set up by Andro Internacional d.o.o. or one of the partners.

The data collection systems we set up are:

– Data collection systems strictly necessary for the operation of the website and the provision of our services. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Our websites use Google Analytics, an Internet analytics service developed by Google (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which enable the analysis of pages visited. In case of activating IP anonymization on our website, the IP address of the Google user will be previously shortened within the EU member state or within the member states of the European Economic Community. IP anonymization is active on our website. On behalf of the website operator, Google uses this information to evaluate the use of the website by users, for preparation of activity reports on the website as well as for the provision of further services related to the use of the website and the internet in general to the website operator.

The abbreviated IP address provided by Google Analytics within the user’s browser will not merge with any other data that Google has. Users can prevent the storage of cookies through the “opt-out” function on the Hotel Beach page or alternatively through the appropriate browser settings; FMTG Services GmbH, however, instructs users that in this case, they will not be able to use all the functions of the website.
