Festive Dinner Without Overnight Stay:
For those who wish to enjoy the special New Year’s atmosphere with live music by the 5-member Jessy Band, the festive dinner is available at a price of 80 EUR per person.
Payment Method:
To guarantee your reservation, we require the following:
- A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount to our bank account. For the proforma invoice, please provide your contact details: address, postal code, and contact phone number. The remaining amount can be paid at the hotel reception upon check-out – either by cash or card.
- Alternatively, provide credit card details (cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and the 3-digit CVC number from the back of the card). The card details are used solely as a guarantee for the reservation, and payment for the full amount can be made directly at the hotel.
Cancellation Policy:
100% free cancellation up to 7 days before your planned arrival.
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- If the reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- If the reservation is canceled 6-3 days before the arrival date, one night will be charged.
- If the reservation is canceled 2-0 days before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the hotel will retain the deposit paid.
